Chear bumper, PU bumper, we have three different material as the following:

1:HPB Series:It has the feature of abrasion resistant, skid resistance and noise elimination. Meanwhile, it not only doesn’t harden or break for long-term using, but also has good elasticity. For pressure-sensitive adhesive, it has the advantage of strong viscous force and durable in use. It has been widely used in the following areas: small electronics, electronic equipment, telephone, keyboard, plate group of fixed printedwiring, automobile, woodwork, glass and metal surface.

2:HEB Series: It has the feature of skid resistance and noise elimination. It fully meets the ROHS standard in Europe, which has no oil on the surface and hardly losing stickiness, but PVC bumper does. For the surface of low(high) interface energy, it has the advantage of good adhesive force

3. HTB Series: By using modified materials and injection technics, it has become the substitute of HPB series and have all the advantages of HEB. Meanwhile, compared with HEB, it has the larger advantage of soft hardness. That is to say, it can follow person selected pick between 35° to 80°. In addition, the cost is a little cheaper than HPB and the protection from UVR is much stronger than HPB, but it couldn’t reach HPB Standard if using a piece of bumper. It has been widely used in the following areas: base plate, baffleplate, spacer and protective device. It helps to keep the products from damage byt scraping, cutting, abrasion, sliding and so on.
